I have paid Garden Court for a Fiancee Visa for my now Husband. My circumstances were not straight forward so I visited them to talk through my application and they advised me that they could proceed with it (I understood that they could not guarantee the visa).
I wasnt sure about them but then they hounded me down calling from witheld numbers and pressurised me and I caved in. After they had my money I was told that my circumstances would have to change before they could do my visa.
My situation could not change. I lost deposit on a hotel for the venue which they told me to book and had to get married overseas purely because of their wrong advise. They told me they would refund and but still have not refunded my money and I havent heard from them since.
DO NOT USE THEM. They will tell you anything to get your money after which they turn aggressive and unprofessional - they come across professional at first and very experienced by using all these fancy names and faces on their website. Have read bad reviews since of them online. You have been warned!!!
