The job description will mention that the salary is negotiable or that on average non-experienced starters will earn 200-500 per week or an annual sum, dependending on which letter you received in fact if you get through the interview process you will be told that pay is commission based only! Therefore the job description is a lie.
You will may told that it is a management trainning programme in order to make you a manager within 6 - 10 months (just another cherry for you to bite) and will be told to start on the next working day. On this day you will have to sign paperwork - not a contract, you will be told that its to protect and cover you on the field, however it states that you are self employed therefore its a lie and they take no responsibility for you. During your time there you will be told to work 6 days per week and given many more targets to keep you self motivated. You will receive no paperwork stating what they tell you is genuine.
