I ordered a sump for a nissan serena which cost 75.20 and was sent the wrong part phoned up and spoked to ian? he was sure that they had sent the right part but i had to send the part back and i was asured i would get my money refunded. I had ordered it on 11/07/08 this is now january. I have also contacted citiziens advice and they have tried to get the money back and it will be going to a small means court in the near future. so dont trust this company they are unrelyable.
