This all started on 12th of december my fiance ordered a remote control helicopter to the sum of £26 as a christmas present for our son. The item never came and in the first week of january went on the website to try and track the order to which the reply was: No details at this time, I found this odd and then proceeded to check the website for a contact number name etc. My suspicions were then aroused as all I could find was a PO Box address no names and an email address. I sent several emails giving them 10 days in which to provide a full refund because we had sent emails about the missing item first of all and one measley reply came back eventually asking what the nature of our problem was. This was extremely frustrating obviously this person was having a laugh they down right knew the nature of the problem because they had had 3 emails telling them the nature of the problem.
To cut a long story short this all started on the 12th december, it is now the 30th January and today we received another one lined answer saying that they are tracdking order and will advise. Well I would advise anybody to steer well clear of this website people like this should not be allowed to run a business. They don't know how to, no apologies no mention of the refund, I am quite sure our money has gone the same as the other guy on this website who lost a substantially bigger amount of money from this company than us. My only advice stay away remote island.com stinks more than any company I have ever had problems with before.
