I ordered antivirus product and paid for same 4 years ago and have since been trying to stop the annual purchase of same, I have replied to messages but as you'll see on their website there are no contact details, no email address or relevant person to contact. I tried unsuccessfully at the bank to stop and since we emigrated 2 years ago I am still billed annually for this useless product I do not want
Please stay away from these online only companies who hide behind the screen and offer no service
