I brought a bait boat from remote island for xmas as a present for my huband. boat was delievered ok, but wasnt suitable. sent boat back by recorded delievery have tracking number. this was in jan. its now march and they still havent refunded me was over one hundred pounds!!! sent them countless e mails, with no response. then had one to say would receive refund in 14 days - this was over a year ago! and now they state they are no longer trading and have sold the company to someone else. but the same company is still up and running and selling to customers. my advice would be DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMCSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF
