Had a message on my orange mobile mobile which is on contract, telling me i had a video message, next minute i hd another message saying thank you for downloading the video and it would cost me£4.50. I didnt download it and wouldnt as i hadnt asked for it. Where do these people get mobile numbers from and can i get money back?
