I went to tk maxx in wigan to purchase a bag i had seen which was £30 when i went to the till i was told there was a charge of 6p for a carrier bag to put the bag i was purchasing in. Now i always take my own bags to the supermarket as i am not in favour of plastic bags but as i wasnt food shopping i didnt take a bag with me. Im sorry but i think if i am purchasing a bag from you at £30 i shouldnt have to pay 6p for a bag to put it in. Iwas very annoyed i could understand you charging for something worth just a couple of pounds but not when im paying 30 i told the assistant to put it back and i would go elswhere, she just said okay, so all for the sake of a carrier bag you lost a £30 sale.
