I opened an account with Optimarkets, to give online Binary trading a try. I funded my account with them with $200. After a couple of months of trying this type of trading, I realised that this would not work for me, as I didn't have enough time available during the busy trading hours. I then asked Optimarkets, to refund my balance of $188. They refused on the basis that they will not 'pay out' or transfer any amount less than $200. I sent numerous mails after this response, to enquire on how I could be refunded the $188. They are just blatently ignoring my e-mails.
