Efund of funds

I was contacted by this company on Friday 13th July stating that my loan application had been accepted and that I would have to pay £50 insurance due to it being unsecured loan. The payment would have to be by UKASH voucher. I did this and called them back to give the voucher number as requested, I was also informed on this call that the funds for my loan shall be transferred into my account by the end of the day.

I then received a call from their finance department stating that they had received the £50 insurance payment but they would require a further £125.00 tax payment as they would not be allowed to transfer the funds into my account as it would look illegal money transfer. I refused to pay this as this was not what I had been informed earlier in the day. The gentleman on the phone explained that this money would be refunded to me along with the loan amount and should be in the bank within 30 mins of them receiving UKASH voucher. I spoke with my husband and we both agreed to do this nd contacted the compnay again with the voucher number. We were informed that the money would be in the bank for 6pm.

Saturday 14th July the loan had still not been transferred so contacted the office number again to be informed that their porthole wouldn't allow them to transfer less than £1500.00 so they would requier a further £375.00 which would be refundable, I refused and asked to speak to a manager, the girl informed me that she would get the manager to call back. A Mr Jimmy Morgan called back stating that he would personally pay this money and I would transfer the cash refund back to him. He then carried on to say that thye finance department would only allow him to pay £275.00 and that I would have to pay a further £100 UKASH voucher. and the funds would be in the bank for 3.30pm. After speaking to my husband we agreed to this.

Saturday 14th July no funds transferrred

Monday 16th July still no refuinds transferred, I called them again and spoke to my adviser Katy who said she would look into this and call me back. Two hours later Katy called back to say that I would have to pay £275.00 that the manager had agreed to pay on Saturday as the company refused to take his cash payment on my behalf, I informed her I was not paying out any more money and to cancel the loan application and to refund the amount I had previiously payed them, she stated that this would take several working days, I informed her thatt they eceived the cash from me immediately so I would appreciate my cash refund immediately. I also asked her to put ths in an e-mail to me along with the companies Consumer License Number.

E-mail received showing the date and times payment from myself had paid and what the payments where for. I called her again requesting the Consumer License Number as she hadn't put this on her e-mail she gave me it over the phone and also informed me the the refund shall be in the bank for Frisday 20th July if there was any problems with this to contact her.

Friday 20th July no refund in the bank called the office again an Katy informed me that she would call me back once she had looked into this. I am still waiting for her reply today. Monday 23rd July.

I have tried calling the office again using various telephone numbers as my own number they have blocked.

Can someone give me some advise as it might not be alot of money to some people but is to my family.
