I ordered a bigboy giant bean bag seat in november, the item never turned up even though they had taken the money from my account. now when trying to contact the company Infurn their phone does not connect and they have not responded to any emails i have sent.

I have tried contacting Groupon and their number is a 0966 number which i cannot ring friom a mobile. They also have not responded to my emails. This is very unprofessional

I am a very dissapointed customer, as the item purchased was a xmas present for my daughter.
