H&M has the worst online service because of their silly company policies.
I placed orders for about £95 and gave a mailbox address since I do not have a fixed residential address. All my cards are registered at the mailbox address. I placed 3 orders and cancelled all of them since all I was told that they cannot deliver to any mailbox or work address since it's their silly company policy. All the other big stores... bigger than H&M do their deliveries to mailboxes and work address. I don't understand how different are H&M trying to show that because other stores do we do not. They are trying to show that if you Re renting you cannot shop online
They have lost me and my friends as customers forever.
Extremely disappointing!
