What a rip off company. I tried orderin a basic web package for 28.66. Their system threw up a security message saying an accounts supervisor would be in contact soon.
Soon by whose standards? Anyway, after many emails and phoning I get my website... for 110.87. With no call to authorise the extras.
After much complaining they agreed to cancel, but will only repay $83 as I had ordered extras! No way did I order or authorise extras.
Keep well away from these rogues. Spend your money much more safely their quoted cost per month is a rip off eye-catcher.
it will probably take me a long tie to get any money back (see the other complaints on here!) Go to Patrick Internet. 24.99 and that is all they charge and it was up in 3 hours.
