We booked 10 lessons for my son in Bacup Manchester but when the insructor arrived, he took one look at him (possibly because he is black) and decided he wasn't going to take him for lessons. we called the office for refund but the still refuse to refund the money, even though he did not take a single lesson. They are a big con and once you pay through money, they will never refund. please be warned, DON'T use this driving school.
