Dear sir madam
me and my husband decided to go for our 1st wedding anniversary down festival way pizza hut stoke on trent and we took out two daughters
when i got there because i had booked a table she was nasty with me
my youngest daughter was in a high chair it was absolutly filthy so i had to clean it myself
they pushed us into ordering then when i ordered i wanted garlic tear and share bread she told me it was inapropiate because i ordered some pizza but that was for my children i felt humiliated being told what i can have and i cant have i was a paying customer
the staff was starring at you and laughing it didnt feel like a pizza hut it was more like a chinease has these young chinease girls was so igranant
we was still eating our meals
my husband went toilet the staff cleared his plate i said excuse me hes still eating we was in there about 35 mins with a small child when we was still eating they just kept helping them selves to our stuff and taking it away
i felt so angry
in the end the chinease girl told us please go but what right had she got we was still eating our meals with two small children we felt so humiliated as good paying customers
i shall never be going to pizza hut ever again and i shall be taking this complaint further if you dont help us and also i want compensation for the discracefull meal we had and had to leave half off it as they wanted us to go when we booked our table
