I ordered a Camera Lens on my daughters computer but using my credit card. Twice it came up 'Incorrect details entered..Please try again' I KNOW I had entered the correct details but on the third try it accepted. I then found THREE lenses had been ordered and charged to my account. A phone call to CHINA by my daughter resulted in them saying this has happened before but a refund would be made to my account and only one lens would be sent. This was on 19th June. Today, (30th June), 11 days later, NO lens has been received and NO REFUND made. I am VERY careful not to spend on my Credit Card unless I know I have funds to pay it off but I DO NOT HAVE anywhere near £1800.00 to pay for their mistake. They probably make a fortune on other people's money before they refund it! When, eventually, they do make a refund, can I charge them for any Credit Card Charges incurred, and a phonecall to China?
