I bought some shelf brackets that was the wrong sort went in this morning to change them to be told i needed a reciept so i went on back home got the reciept and was told they were not gointg to do anything i could not have my money back as my recieptdid not coincidewith my till reciept well tht was the reciept i was given and to be honest i was basically called a liar and im not happy with the decission that was made i bought two more shelf brackets in the morning i want to take it up with the managment as i was fumming to say the least i know what i bought and i no what reciept i had it was done by pay and serve till as there was no other till avaliable and the assitant helped me put them through as i did not know how to do it could there be a simple explanation and maybe the till was fault so now im 22 pounds out of pocket got the recipt got the usless shelfing brackets and am still reeling over the attituded of the assistant manager who called me a liar so i want some one to sort this mess out as its dissgusting the way that he treated people so perhaps some one from b&qwill help me get this sorted as they are the only shelf brackets i bought and that is the only recipt ive got
