Great difficulty in booking system on two night break & 1night break . After numerous phone calls with both vouchers activated & many refusals we rang your helpline who treated us like simpletons! We were told YOUR website did not agree with statement on packaging! After a time trying to receive correct info for area we wanted to visit phone call closed with no civility from your salesperson & no apology! We took break atTorquay Anchorage & Commodore at Kewstoke: Well we were not impressed with either!! DO YOU CHECK HOTELS oN A REGULARBASIS? At both hotels we were made to feel inferior as we entered as we were using your vouchers!! I deserve a reply and compensation for wasted wk-end. If I receive same I will not take this matter further.
