On the 20th September I was charged (payment was taken from my bank account) £39.99 for the annual

renewal for internet security suite. I did not agree to, or sign up to an automatic renewal of my subscription. I do not use Norton products any more and ask for a prompt and complete refund of all monies taken from my account.
