Purchased an online top up, no voucher received. Contacted there customer service department who informed me that they had been trying to contact me on a landline number for verification. I gave an alternative contact number, which they ignored. No further response to any emails.
All payment were dealt with through moneybookers and verified by visa. Emails requesting reasons for further verification needed ignored. Moneybookers uncontactable without an account.
