I wanted to communicate my frustration with BA and could not find anywhere to register my complaint. I was doing this to help in bringing their service up to at least the same standard as their competitors. Here is my major complaint!
"Avios. What's the point? "
Really! What's the point of collecting Avios? What a totally useless exercise when you collect faithfully and cannot ever find a flight you can use them on! I'm in process of deciding whether to just give up on Avios or collect them and donate them to charity. I had considered BA as my carrier on my upcoming trip to Orlando, FL but am flying Delta instead. I will do another 4 international round trips this year trips this year and will seriously consider other carriers to meet my needs. If BA get's any additional business from me this year it will be because of price and not because of Avios or Quality of Service. Lets face it your cabin crews need to understand your passengers are looking for at least the same service standard offered by other carriers flying your routes. I'm sure I'm only one of your members who is doing this because of your lack of availability of reward based seats!
