I asked this company to build a website for me and gave them my debit card to pay the deposit. Big mistake. They took way more money than we agreed over the phone and I rang to complain. They said it was an error and I accepted their explanation. They said they would take a certain amount in another 4 weeks time as an instalment. But only 2 weeks later they took way more than we agreed.

I was furious and rang for an explanation. All I got was excuses so I said I wanted to cancel the contract because they were in breach. I stopped my card before they drained the account.

Since then I have had threats of court action, solicitors letters demanding another £700 and a threatening visit from their debt recovery department. Their tactic is to bully you into paying them more and more money for nothing. I have reported them to trading standards. Whatever you do, avoid these crooks.

Avoid this company at all costs you have been warned !
They give you one small costs over the phone then send you the paperwork proving what they have agreed with you on the front copy BUT WOH AND BEHOLD CHECK THE SMALL PRINT ON THE BACK because the so called let`s say £50.00 suddenly jumps to £600.00 or much more soon as they have your credit card.
They ain`t got a clue about customer service or value for money but are out to simply RIP YOU OFF !
Imagine expecting a charge or £100 from your bank and you find it`s £1000 well that`s what they do and there covered because of the tiny tiny small print they set out which not enough people look at and that`s if your lucky enough to even get any paper work/contract .
Simply DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! they will rip you off as proved all over the internet by so many inocent people having there hard erned money snatched away from them and left with nothing !
