After Purchasing a car from Saxton 4x4 Ltd, I realised what a mistake this was and will never again purchase from this company. They were nice and pleasant in fact helpful until they go my money, and as soon as this was done, they have been horrible ever since. I purchased a £45k car from Saxton and the car was not even serviced as requested, the DVD System does not function, i have had a catalogue of problems from the first day that they promised to resolve that i had to go else where to get resolved and have also discovered that the incorrect spare wheel has been supplied with the car. The spare supplied does not even fit the car!!! It has cost me Thousands£££££ to put right and all i am met with is the promise to make things right but thus far it is all Promises and nothing has been done. Almost all items have been resolved at my cost. I even dicovered the Super Locks system was not working but it was a shame i had to get broken into in order to find that out!!! This was within 3 days of purchasing the car!!!
Consumers Beware. This is not a good dealer at all!!!
