This offer specified online that it would expire on the 31st July. I signed up on the 21st July the soonest available installation date they gave me was the 1st august. Yep, my first bill came in and i was charged at the current rate £18 per month and this is only for the first six months of the twelve month contract rising to £24 per month after that. I have rang them, e-mailed them and wrote to them, specifying that i signed up online to the deal prior to the 1st august. no joy. Imagine purchasing a DVD, for example, then when you receive it in the post the company informs you that they have put their prices up and you must pay more. its fucking ludicrous.
