Purchased Product, have not recieved registration key

Purchased AVS Media tools on Sept. 5th expecting to receive the registration key via email "usually within 24 hours". Once September 8th had arrived and the transaction cleared my bank, I have since sent them 3 emails and 1 suppor form request and have never gotten a response. At this point, I feel like the only recourse I have is to fax a scan of a not so nice message.
