Money taken for items that are out of stock, endless excuses, elastic delivery dates that come and pass and are replaced with new delivery dates and more excuses. How can you have a sale with 2 day delivery (£4.95 and no choice) when items are not in stock.
Endless emails finally resulted in the company cancelling my order and promising a refund to my card. They have 2 more days and then I will start County Court proceedings.
The company is an umbrella name for several companies selling homebrew equipment, wicker baskets, clocks and also a company called MrMailroom. Check out the net for lots of complaints against this company - then go elsewhere.
