I ordered an unlocking code for my Nokia 201 through mobifreedom.my account was debited with 35 pounds (mind you I'm in South Africa)
I was sent the procedure on how to unlock my phone, but they never worked.
I sent more than 3 emails to them asking for assistance but no one seem to bother.
They were quick to debit my 35pounds but they can't assist when I need help.no one is bothering to reply to my mails.
I feel that I have been robbed by Mobifreedom.
