I placed an order for a beaverdale rioja red 30 bottle wine making kit £37.99 Shipping £2.95 total £40.94 Paid for on a direct debit card at the time of order (15.01.12) the web site said "in stock usually dispatched within 24 hrs" Each time I checked the online delivery status it indicated the kit would be dispatched tomorrow. On the 30th of January I sent them a E mail saying I was fed up and scince then the delivery has been promised on the 02.02.12 09.02 and again today, the web site is now predicting delivery on the 15.02.12 I researched the company and have found people in the same situation. On their website, there were solely positive reviews yet from the evidence I have found this is not reflective of the service provided by the company. I wish to cancel my my order, yet on the negative reviews it seems to be the case that people are not receiving refunds for products that they have not had delivered or cancelled. How can I get my money back?
