I have anxiety, so Ive been shopping online at asda for over a year now... they used to always miss parts of my order... after about 2 months of having to ring up every week they finally seem to have it sorted... but they seem to send me veg/potatoes etc, that go out of date on the day they're being delivered! and they are being delivered at night... its common sense if I've ordered a big bag of potatoes, or a few packs of veg, delivered at night time, i will want it to last at least a few days, not go out of date the day its delivered! I had 4 baked potatoes delivered last week, went out of date that day, went to use them the next day and they were bright green!!!.. then Ive had times were the delivery driver doesn't turn up, and doesn't contact me... one day an order was due between 6 and 8... i rang up at 9, 10 and 11, no-one could tell me were the order was! in the end i rang the store that delivered at midnight, and they told me a van came back because it got lost (even though they have sat nav) and would arrange a manager to ring next day... i got a phone call next day saying the manager wasn't sure what was going on, but would send a special van out that night to deliver it at 7... 8 o clock still no sign, rang them up again and spoke to a different guy who said they had no record of my order and were not told to send it out!!! so they put it on a different van and i got it about 10 o clock that night. They said i would get a free delivery voucher for my troubles (bit of a Mickey take really, should have given me my shopping for free in my eyes, since i lost 2 nights waiting for it and several phone calls trying to sort it!) but a week later still no voucher, so i had to ring up again! and then eventually i got a free delivery voucher placed into my account, over a week since they said it would have been!.. Now the price guarantee hasn't worked for 3 weeks. i contacted them 2 weeks ago and they said it will be fixed the next day. week later, still didn't work, so I rang again last Monday and they said it will be fixed Tuesday, and i will get a £10 voucher... Today, 3 weeks since it stopped working, it still isn't working, and i haven't received the voucher they promised! I'm getting so annoyed with them telling me one thing, and then not doing it, and hoping ill just forget about it!
