Visited this dealer shit to view a Mercedes CLA waited 40-50 minutes to see if the vehicle was at the dealership, wasn't asked by any of the sales reps if I wanted a drink I was left sat in the corner. I waited almost an hour it total the receptionist apologiesed so I left my phone number with her as she said they would give me a call. Follow these actions no call received from them if people are spending large amounts of money on a Mercedes and are treated like this who would want to buy from them. Customer first skills are terrible this is not how a customer should be treated.
