Failure to Delive

After being advised on Thursday 8 Dec that my bed was to be delivered on 12 Dec between 7 and 10 am, the bed failed to materialise. It is impossible to obtain a response from their customer service line. Nobody in Dream Plc care a jot for their customer. Even letters that have been written to the Chiefe Executive, by other individuals, are not answered. They have a major sale on at the moment but if you want a good service and the item to be delivered don't go to Dreams Plc, spend your money somewhere else.
