I ordered a WINDSCREEN MOUNT HOLDER CAR CHARGER USB CABLE PEN FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY S/S2/S3/ACE from gadget hut on eBay, I never received the item as this was sent to the wrong address, when I had eventually tracked it down it had been sent back, after emailing gadget hut I was assured that it would be sent back as long as I changed my feedback on them, after doing this I emailed to inquire about the delivery only to find out they had no record of the purchased product, I sent them the proof of purchase as well as the many emails between myself and them, I heard nothing back, I went onto eBay to find an alternative way but by this stage my protection had ended and there was no proof of this product being purchased, I tried to appeal this and was denied, I am still waiting for the product and have emailed eBay and the gadget hut but no response... terrible customer services and I would not use these people even after it shows their "amazing" feedback on eBay, they are **** artists.
