I've played Mafia Wars 2, via facebook, for approximately one year. I enjoyed it, only over time I've learned that Zynga have a care less attitude. As I've learned from others... WE ALL have issues with game bugs/crashing/stealing from the players.
My experience from Zynga is that there customer service is so hard to contact. There technical support staff know less than I do and appear to guess at a solution rather than having workable knowledge. There answers are vague and never seem complete. The staff or probably the whole of Zynga themselves... don't value any customer.
I'm telling everyone I know and I'll warn you to... 'Don't get involved with this second rate excuse for an internet company... They'll crash and burn one day and they'll take everything you've earned and purchased without any guilt' Be warned!!!
