I placed an order with paraphernalia.nu totalling $75.00 for 3 items (having bought a necklace from her previously with no problems).
After 10 days and still no delivery I contacted Vanda (the owner) by email - as there are no contact numbers on the website - to ask for an update on when I might expect receipt of the goods. No response...
A week later I contact her again via the website form and email address provided. No response.
A month after placing my order, still nothing from Vanda. No jewellery... no answers...
Several months later I placed a dispute with paypal - which found in my favour. Unfortunately they were unable to recover costs from her account.
So I am $75.00 lighter and nothing to show for it. I wouldn't mind the wait but not hearing anything has been deeply frustrating.
The website is still live so I would discourage anyone from placing an order as they are unlikely to receive their goods.
