A free trial popped up on facebook and it stated that it was a 30 day free supply of pills all I had to pay was p & p which was about £2 each. When I checked my bank I noticed that it was actually £4 each. Exactly 14 days after purchasing the product 2 payments of £59 were taken from my account. I tried to contact the company but no one would ever answer the phone. I emailed the company but I received an email back saying that they no longer deal with customers via email. I telephoned my bank where I was told I had signed up to a monthly subscription and the bank can't cancel it I have to cancel it with the company. I was advised that the only thing my bank could do was request a refund every month when they took the money out. I then said that I would take my money out of the account and open a new account elsewhere to which I was told that even if I closed my bank account the subscription would continue to be taken and then I would also incur bank charges. After about 12 minutes I finally managed to get hold of the company on 0808 168 3674. I cancelled both subscriptions. I also requested a refund and was originally told know but as I had emailed them within 30 days after purchasing the product they allowed me to have a refund. I have to send the product back and then they will issue a refund. We will see what happens
