Misleading website, only made aware of extra charges after payment taken company responded to complaint to late for me to cancel booking, claim this is not the case and they never received my email! Company say charges made clear in small print which is a lie the small print says extra charges will be made clear and payable locally the booking did not make it clear, in till payment had been taken. Company response was tough you should have read the small print!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY CANT BE TRUSTED AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
