Total scam - no delivery, no response to e-mail or phone. They just take the money & run

On 10/14/08 I placed an order for Plavix on Drugstore24h.org. It was immediately processed, with a transaction number and order number. It was to be shipped within 24 hours. It never happened. Numerous phone & email messages go unreturned.

Their refund policy is: (quoted part is copied from their email)
"*We will refund the payment in the case of non-delivery by the dead-line (5-9 days for express and 14-21 for airmail, there can be an additional 5-7 days delay for the customs checking)"

They state that questions be directed to their 'support team' at rx-promo.com or by phone to (213) 985-2385 - not the same contact number previously given.

At this time it has been 60 days since they took my money
