I brought a Hotpoint washer dryer from Argos about 6month ago .didn't have along before i had to get them out, because when i put my dark's in they are coming out with all fluff all over my clothes.an engineer been out with the same problem at least 4times .they told me that i have to do a rinse cycle before i do my wash, I have done this but it is still the same. I don't expect to do this on a new washer.they told me there is no mechanical fault. I contacted them about two weeks ago, and to date I had no reply. I find this very unreasonable behaviour for such a big company that have big promises. I hope you can help me to solve this problem has soon has possible thanks.
