Ripoff Attempted to take money for an item he was pretending to sell on ebay

My husband saw an auction for a Roland Fantom XR on ebay and began bidding. The auction was cancelled so my husband (who desperately wants this item) contacted David Aubin by email to see what had happened and if he was selling the item. He informed us that the only reason it had been cancelled was because he had put his email address in the description which Ebay do not permit and that he would still sell uss the item at an agreed price but would contact ebay who would then in turn contact us to authorise the sale to go ahead. We received this email which we now realise is a fake email but it was headed up with the Ebay logo etc. So we proceeded to pay the money to him through Western Union. This in itself should have suggested foul play but as my husband was so excited about this item we went ahead. Out of the blue today my instinct told me to check out this guy's address on the web and when I punched his Zip code into google I discovered usaconsumercomplaints.com and realised that we were being scammed. We called Western Union and fortunately the guy hadn't picked up the money yet. My husband went straight to Western Union and they were able to cancel the transactions. Lady luck was smiling down on us and we have been luckier than most. This guy is blatantly using the same email address etc for all of these scams. Surely something can be done to stop him!
