Money not refunded

Hi,

I have purchased one samsung galaxy s2 from extrabuy.co.uk on 5th March. I transferred the money to their Lloyds TSB bank.

They promised me that they will send the product. However after so many emails communications, they told that they will return the money.

Till today 11th April, neither got money nor the mobile phone.

Please advice.
