Admitted they couldn't unlock my phone - no refund since 9 days now

Within 12 hours of requesting an unlock code for my Motorola KRZR K1, I got an email stating that they couldn't unlock my phone phone and that my money would be refunded

- I did notice that they took my money via PAYPAL immediately

- However, I'm very concerned because after 9 days, they still have not refunded my money

- They are very quick to take the money and very slow to refund

- On another posting in ukconsumercomplaints.com, the company director said "We have refunded your order within 72 hours of placing it and wish you all the success in unlocking your handset"

- So I'm looking at that 72 hours and wondering why my refund is taking 9 days. For every person that doesn't get an unlock code, if they hold their funds long enough, I assume they are making quite a bit of interest on that money

- I will update this posting if I ever get refunded, buy I am not hopeful after reading about many other dissatisfied people dealing with Kirk Enterprises.

- Also, I did get my phone unlocked at another company successfully by the IMEI method.
