I purchased a 14 day trial of this product on 12/01 for £3.95. Only when I had entered my bank details did it then flash up some wording about how they could be given direct access to your account to withdraw monies as and when they please. I immediately tried to cancel it.. but hey there is no one to complain to so I checked this website and found an email address which I sent an email. To date (25/01) I have not received my so called wonder product which I doubt very much is a wonder product. I have now complained to my bank who have basically said that they have set it up so they can take money whenever they like from my account. My bank are now monitoring it. So ladies all you have to do is complain to your bank, inform them that you have tried to cancel it and as long as you've tried to cancel it, it will go into dispute and any monies taken from then on the bank will return to your account and argue the toss with CML. Ive probably lost my £3.95 but I'd say that's a learning curve. Good luck!!
