Ecxently (october) I completed an online survey reportedly originating from google where the thankyou for completing the survey was the choicw of three products one of which was this collagen rich facial serum for just the price of the postage (approx £1.99). when I checked the credit card statement recently I have noticed that a charge of £87.76 has been collected by this company without my authorisation. I am unable to contact google although I have tried to and when I tried to contact the company themselves I have been directed to this website and it appears that this is not the only complaint about them. my contact details are [email protected]
