ANDY XU of Anhui Minmetals is a selective scammer! Surely, they must deliver on some goods... It just seems they will scam the small-time buyer who doesn't properly know how to kick up a fuss.
I was sent 1 KG of Fake Dmaa (1, 3 dimethylamylamine). After numerous emails, I actually got the supplier to admit that the product was not genuine - and he agreed to refund the money. Only thing is, he could only offer a refund by bank transfer, not Western Union (the method I used to pay).
Underneath the label stating "1KG DMAA", you could clearly see where another product label had been torn off, and replaced with this one. The product they sent me smelt like potato chips, I don't know what it was... maybe some foodstuff?
...No way am I handing my bank details over to these people. He refused to offer a refund with the method by which I had paid.
Look up 'Andy Xu Scam' on Google. Plenty of results enforcing what I have said. BUYER BEWARE!
