Wonderful experience Upper Class

I have not flown Virgin Upper Class before, and was blown away with the level of service and efficiency. Besides the beautiful and funky environment from the lounge to the plane, every need I had (or potentially could have had) was catered for and the staff have the highest levels of service standards which are consistently maintained between London and Jhb.
