This website is registered in the USA but appears to work in collusion with a Chinese company, GZ CAPACITORSALE NET S&T CO., LTD. The goods that they sell are counterfeits made in China. I made the mistake of placing an order with them then immediately cancelling it once I realised that they are a criminal organisation. They are attempting to charge me more than the price listed on their website (therefore committing theft) as well as additional charges. How can one stop such criminals from operating?
