Yesterday, I have made a complaint about a loan company called actloans.co.uk who had taken £49.95 from my account without any prior notice. I don't have any dealing with them. I search the web and sent a complaint email to [email protected]. Today I got a reply from a different email caled [email protected], telling me that they're going to refund to me in 3-5 days. This is for everyone notice, for those who could not find them. I'll wait and see if they're returning the money.
