AKA Luklinski Spine Clinic ripoff refused to refund on returned item that had 30-day money back guarantee lied about damage

I purchased a pricey orthopedic wooden back rack that had a 30-day money back guarantee.

I returned in packing within the time and they refused to refund my money at first saying they did not do that (it is on their website that they do) and then saying it was broken anyway.

I contacted UPS who had no record of damage. UPS tried to contact them and they were uncooperative, implying I had returned a damaged item. This is false.

I am reporting them because they have a fraudulent website and they are dihonest, taking advantage of people in pain who are looking for relief.

I hope whomever read this NEVER buys anything from BACK RACK or from THE LUKLINSKI SPINE CLINIC.
