I recently obtained a pair og spectacles from the optitions In Asda Store, I had them approx 3-4 weeks wen the lense fell out, i tried to fix them with that the arms snapped off... I then took them into the store were the lady said she would be able to send them off to be repaired, a week later i had a phonecall saying that, that frame had been discontinued so with that a had to pick a new frame, i did that and they told me that this would be sorted in approx 3 weeks, all this time im without glasses which isnt good as i ride a scooter and need it everyday for everyday use... They told me this would cost me 40 pounds which was ok with me as long as it they were defenatly going to be fixed, she assured me they would... A week later i got another phone call saying that i had to collect the glasses and that they couldnbt be put into new frames and that i had to take them elsewere to be fixed which to me is all wrong... I have now taken them elsewere and i will also be taking this to the top, The staff in that place are rude and very patronising... Will hope to hear from u in near future
