I ordered 2 sets of ghd straightners the from the above company, One in purple one in gold for Christmas presents. This company took £109 from my bank account 2weeks ago I have received no straightner. I have tried to email them several times with no reply. So I am now £109 poorer with no straightner and missing two Christmas presents.

What steps should I take to recover my money
